Faktor-faktor yang memotivasi guru memanfaatkan perpustakaan sekolah SD Negeri 80 Pekanbaru
This research entitled "Factors that Motivate Master Utilizing State
Library 80 Pekanbaru". The purpose of this study to determine what factors that
motivate teachers to use the library. The type of this research is descriptive
qualitative. The population in this study were Teacher Guardian I-VI and Teacher
Field Study, the number of samples in this study were 8 people consisting of 6
teachers Guardians Class and 2 teachers Field of Study. Techniques of collecting
data using interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. while data
analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, as well as verification or
withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this study as a whole can the authors
explain that the internal motivation factors teachers use the library is to increase
knowledge, complete teaching tasks such as making problems, preparing lesson
plans and learning syllabus, and complete group tasks so that teachers are always
motivated to take advantage of reading time books, and borrow library
collections. While seen from external factors, teachers are less motivated in
utilizing the library this is due to the completeness of the library collection has not
fully meet the needs of teachers, the lack of maximal role of librarians in meeting
the needs of teachers, and the lack of library facilities resulting in less comfortable
teachers are diperpustakaan
