This research discusses about the type of modulation in I'am Sam film, and what modulation techniques are often used in l'am Sam film collects the data found using the analysis given for each modulation type as found in the film l'am Sam, with the specificity level of the modulation. Each meaning is also analyzed and can be used to find information on whether the modulation technique was applied by the translator.

The focuses on the accuracy of the translation of l'am Sam by Jessie Nelson into Indonesian to find the degree of equivalence in each translated expression. using modulation techniques. Using more relatable means is better for others to get more information by finding the clarity or authenticity of the translation.
